Flat Belt Pulleys
Aluminium with Bore for Taper-Lock Bush
Our standard production includes the aluminium flat belt pulleys with bore for Taper-Lock bush made of aluminium FIPILL alloy. We have also produced a special flanged series which prevents belt removal upon transmission start-up.
Bushes
Taper-LockThe Taper-Lock bushes allow simple and rapid assembly of pulleys and transmission organs generally without using special equipment.
Deadplates
for toothed beltsIn the event in which one needs to transform the rotary motion of the pulleys into rectilinear motion alternated by tables or other parts, it is necessary to use deadplates for toothed belts.
Toothed Pulleys
The application of toothed pulleys is recommended in transmissions that necessarily have to be rigid and where belt slippage must be avoided. Among the toothed pulleys of our production are those for imperial pitch belts as well as those for metric pitch belts.
Toothed bars
Toothed bars, of our production, are made of aluminium or steel. Available for both imperial and metric pitch belts.

MASTER-VAR
Variable PulleysThe MASTER-VAR pulleys, also available with Taper-Lock bush, are constructed using ASTM A105 steel and manufactured with excellent finishes and, like the previous series, also guarantee very low roughness which allows an increase in the coefficient of friction with the trapezoidal belt.
SYNTHESIS Tightener Slides
SYNTHESIS tightener slides are constructed using galvanized steel. There are no welding points. Even the adjusting screw is galvanized, so as to ensure maximum resistance to corrosion. The specially devised technical characteristics allow its application on a wide range of motors.
Flat Belt Flanged Pulleys
with Bore for Taper-Lock Bush
The aluminium flat belt flanged pulleys with bore for Taper-Lock bush complete our standard series of flat belt pulleys. They are ideal for transmissions in which a high number of turns is required and where there is a slight loss of power due to bending of the belt.
POLY-V Pulleys
Aluminium with Bore for Taper-Lock Bush
These pulleys are manufactured using aluminium. Our series includes pulleys of diameters ranging from 25 to 560 mm. with 8, 12, 16 and 20 J-section races.
Trapezoidal Pulleys

These represent our "historic" production. In fact, our company begins a production precisely with this product. Our series of fixed light alloy pulleys, with diameters of between 40 and 500 mm, and 1 to 5 races, was realized by paying special attention to the materials, the machining and construction geometries, in order to fully satisfy the most varied requirements of use.
